Mr. Sundfeld is full Professor at the São Paulo Law School of the Getulio Vargas Foundation - FGV Direito SP, of which he was one of the founders. At this institution, he is a professor in the post-graduation stricto sensu (Academic and Professional Master's), post-graduation lato sensu and graduation programs. He is president of the Brazilian Society of Public Law - sbdp, founded in 1993, which maintains the Escola de Formação Pública - EFp, in partnership with FGV Direito SP, and publishes the sbdp book collection. Doctor (1991), Master (1987) and Bachelor (1982) in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo - PUC-SP, of which he was professor in its Doctorate, Master and Graduation programs (1983-2013).

Among his most recent books: Direito Administrativo para Céticos [Administrative Law for Skeptics] (2014); Contratos Públicos e Direito Administrativo [Public Contracts and Administrative Law], (2015); Direito da Regulação e Políticas Públicas [Regulation and Public Policies] (2014); Contratações Públicas e seu Controle [Public Contracts and its Control] (2013); and Pareceres [Legal Opinions] (2013), which reunites, in three volumes, several of his legal opinions in relevant public matters. He is the founding partner of Sundfeld Advogados - Consultants in Public Law and Regulation.

He was Public Attorney of the State of São Paulo (1984-2003). In his career, he participated in the conception of legislative innovations such as the pregão (a public procurement procedure), the Telecommunications Law, the Brazilian model of independent regulatory agency (ANATEL), the Public-Private Partnerships Law, the Administrative Procedure Law of the State of São Paulo, and others.

Mr. Arruda Câmara is a professor at the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo - PUC-SP, in the post-graduation stricto sensu (Master's and Doctorate) and graduation programs. Master (1998) and Doctor (2004) in administrative law by PUC-SP, he graduated in law from UFRN (1992). Professor of the post-graduation lato sensu program at the São Paulo Law School of the Getulio Vargas Foundation - FGV Direito SP. Vice-President of the Brazilian Society of Public Law - sbdp.

Author of the following books: Obrigações do Estado Derivadas de Contratos Inválidos [Obligations of the State Emanating from Invalid Contracts] (1999); Tarifa nas Concessões [Price in Concessions] (2009); Licitação e Contratos Administrativos [Procurement and Administrative Contracts] (2014). He has written book chapters and articles for Public Law journals.

Ms. Monteiro is professor at the São Paulo Law School of the Getulio Vargas Foundation – FGV Direito SP, in the post-graduation stricto sensu (Professional Master’s), the post-graduation lato sensu (GVLaw) and in the graduation programs. Doctor (2009) degree in administrative law from the University of São Paulo (USP) and a Master (2003) degree also in administrative law from the Catholic University in São Paulo (PUC-SP), where she also received her Bachelor of Laws in 1997 and was honored with the São Paulo Law School Award as the best student of the program.

Author of the following books: Concessão [Concession] (2010) and Licitação na modalidade de pregão [Reverse Auction] (2010, 2nd edition), both published by Malheiros Editores. She has also written numerous book chapters and articles for Public Law journals.

Mr. Rosilho is Professor at the São Paulo Law School of the Getulio Vargas Foundation - FGV Direito SP. At this institution, he is a professor in the post-graduation stricto sensu (Professional Master's) and post-graduation lato sensu. Doctor (2016) in administrative law from the University of São Paulo, Master (2011) in law and development from the FGV Direito SP, visiting student (2011) at the Institut d´Études Politique de Paris – Sciences Po and Bachelor (2009) in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo - PUC-SP. Former student (2007) at the Escola de Formação Pública - EFp of the Brazilian Society of Public Law – sbdp. Member of the Public Group of FGV Direito SP, where he researches the control of public administration, and collaborator of GVlaw, a continued education program of the same institution.

Author of Licitação no Brasil [Procurement in Brazil] (2013) and has organized, together with Prof. Carlos Ari Sundfeld, Direito da Regulação e Políticas Públicas [Regulation Law and Public Policies] (2014), both published by Malheiros Editores. He has also written numerous book chapters and articles for Public Law journals.

Mr. Gabriel is Professor at the São Paulo Law School of the Getulio Vargas Foundation - FGV Direito SP. At this institution, he is a professor in the post-graduation lato sensu. Doctor (2021) in administrative law from the University of São Paulo, Master (2016) in law and development from the FGV Direito SP and Bachelor (2013) in Law from the University Center of Pará - CESUPA. He was a student of the Administrative Law (2014) and Public Law (2015) courses of sbdp.

Member of the Public Group of FGV Direito SP, where he researches the control of public administration. Author of Sanções do Direito Administrativo [Administrative Law Sanctions] (2023) and coauthor of Direito Administrativo e Controle de Contas [Administrative Law and Account Control] (2023). He has also written numerous book chapters and articles for Public Law journals.
